Registration and general session information

The Learning and Management Development Section will be meeting at the LOMA Canada Annual Conference. It is a forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience, best practices and information among head office and field learning and management development personnel.

Many of us working as learning and management development professionals in the insurance field are experiencing dramatic changes in our organizational structure, in our technology, and in our services. In our roles, it’s important that we help lead our companies in this changing time. We’re also often bound by tight budgetary restrictions, limited resources, and are constantly looking for new ways to help our employees learn, and help our managers and leaders develop.

The Learning and Management Development Section will be hosting two interactive sessions, where we will have the opportunity to learn about new and innovative approaches to “we learning”, share ideas with our peers and walk away with tactical tools to implement in our workplace.
